The For Goodness Sake Foundation has many thanks to give to the organizations that gave them thier start.  These organizations have become the grounds on which the FGSF has grown.

Handbags of Hope

Handbags of Hope is the reason why the For Goodness Sake Foundation is a nonprofit organization. The founder and president of Handbags of Hope, Jackie Bobcean​, found it inside of her huge heart to allow our organization to umbrella under her 501c3 Tax I.D. number.  She continues to give the FGSF support through exposing us to more networks and opportunities that otherwise would not exist.

HandBags of Hope provides basic necessities, education, support, and advocacy - through community collaboration - to end domestic and sexual violence, and to promote a safe environment for all.

Wayne State University Student Veterans Organization

 

The Student Veterans Organization is dedicated to supporting and promoting the personal growth and educational interests of all student veterans, their families and alumni. We strive to provide an environment of camaraderie and cooperation across the campus to promote the general interests and challenges facing veterans nationwide. Also helping to improve our community through civics projects aimed at utilizing the values obtained through military service by our veterans.
