The For Goodness Sake Foundation is involved in volunteering our time and services to organizations and non-profits that stand to serve others. Our goal is to raise enough funds to be able to reward selfless actions of altruistic individuals. FGSF will be the reminder that good deeds will not go unseen, or unappreciated.
DAPCEP
The For Goodness Sake Foundation Team is also undertaking a project through Detroit4Detroit working with DAPCEP.
“The mission of the Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program (DAPCEP) is to increase the number of historically underrepresented youth (African Americans, Latino Americans and Native Americans) who are motivated and prepared academically to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) related fields”.
AIDS Walk Detroit 2012
The For Goodness Sake Foundation team registered to volunteering and walk during the AIDS Walk Detroit 2012 at the Royal Oak Farmer's Market.
Due to the hard work and diligence of the team raised $850 for the cause. The For Goodness Sake foundation is continually looking for opportunities to advocate for groups that are making a impact in society.
Music/Art
The For Goodness Sake Foundation team has assembled a band that plays on their behalf. The EUTS (Everything Under the Sun)
occasionally provides entertainment for the Eastpointe Farmer's Market and has performed for the Health Management Systems of America during their 4th of July company get together.
Every perfomance the FGSF EUTS hold is not for profit...they provide entertainment For Goodness Sake.
